However, with their 24/7 customer service staff available via chat or phone call, I felt confident that any questions or concerns could be addressed immediately. The delivery process was seamless as well - my items arrived promptly the next day after placing my order. And when I had an issue with one of the bottles being damaged during shipping (not their fault), they responded within minutes and sent out a replacement bottle for me without hesitation.
