If you order wigs for women and men, or any other products above $80 from Ireland, Mexico, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, and Belgium, you also enjoy free shipping.

For all orders less than $80 from any of the above-named countries, you’ll pay a shipping fee of $20. For all other countries, shipping fee is $35.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase at Lux Hair Shop due to the company’s negligence, they will accept a return of the hairpiece and make the return process as easy as possible.

If you’re unsatisfied with their products for other reasons, you can apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. You will only be charged once at most for shipping costs including returns. Lux Hair Shop does not warrant a refund if the problem of the item is not caused by Lux Hair Shop.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, while orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a 50% partial refund. No order can be cancelled or exchanged after 24 hours.
