Many reviews describe breakdowns in dealer and corporate support. Customers point to warranty claims being denied, delivery paperwork missing or incorrect, and service work that they say caused damage. Finance and after-sales contacts also draw criticism for refusing concessions or fixes.
Reviewers mention large, unexpected repair bills and disputed dealer charges, including alleged prep fees on used bikes. Several say they paid for warranty or protection that was not honored. Positive value comments are rare and focus on apparel, not motorcycles.
Shoppers often describe online and checkout problems: orders that never arrived, tracking dates that come before the order, and gift-card transactions that tied up funds. Many also say online customer service did not respond when they tried to sort it out. These issues show up with parts and accessories as well as full motorcycle purchases.
Reviews cite mechanical problems on both new and used motorcycles, including engine stalls, BCM faults, and used parts sold as new. Several accounts describe repeat repairs and reliability issues that they say created safety risks. One separate review highlights leather boots for durability and comfort.
Reviewers describe sales talks they consider misleading, weak follow-up, and conflicting information from dealers and corporate channels. They mention promises that did not match the paperwork and customer-service replies that did not resolve warranty or delivery disputes. Shipping and tracking updates are also described as inaccurate.
Overall, reviews lean negative on ownership and post-sale support, with safety-related failures and service problems driving the tone. One positive apparel review points to a gap between satisfaction with merchandise and complaints about ownership and service. That split suggests many customers leave issues unresolved after buying.

My husband is a very picky guy when it comes to shopping. He loves shoes, but getting him to try different ones is always a challenge. When I surprised him with the leather riding boots from Harley Davidson he was hooked! He is so in love with them. They say they run big but I went by his shoe size and they fit perfectly. The quality is excellent and they look so good on him. He gets compliments every time he wears these boots. They are beautiful and comfortable. He says they are very comfortable to ride in. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
