I enjoy traveling a lot. When school closes, as a family we go on a holiday. Since we don’t have a big car, we use myrentacar. Their services are superfine. Having used their services for several years, I thought the preferential treatment I had enjoyed as usual. I was shocked. They had changed their processes, their customer care department cared less and every day I would call to make bookings to no avail. Every day I would be directed to a different person and was very frustrated that I had to look for an alternative. I decided not to ever use their services again.
