The product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I assembled the top without issue and it fit perfectly on my boat. I also had a bottom half of the center console that I purchased from another company, but they did not have the top halves.
They were going to charge me $40 for a new one and then sell it to me for twice the price of this one. The customer service team was polite but unhelpful. However, the material was very soft and easy to work with. I had a little difficulty getting the seams where they should be but once it was together it looked really good.
The slots on the side of the box were a little small so I had to get my screwdriver out to open them but other than that minor issue it went together smoothly.
