They were damn rude, not helpful and with bad attitude. To worsen the situation, I was asked to cater for the return shipping cost which was almost $45. I'm so upset coz I expect the company to take responsibility for sending a faulty machine. It's got nothing to do with me. I don't get it why they don't make it easy for their customers in similar situation like mine. This is not professional at all!!!
