"I purchased a 65 inch Samsung tv and surround sound system. I was setting up wifi on the tv and it crashed. I called customer service and they sent someone to fix the problem. After the service call, I was still having problems with the surround sound cutting out intermittently. I called them back for help and they told me that they would replace the surround sound speaker. It was a nightmare from day one up to now they haven't done so. Iย been dealing with the company for three months and they have been giving me the run around. They do not answer their phones or respond to emails, and when they do, they act like it is the first time they have heard of this problem. Their customer service is absolute GARBAGE!ย I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
