While 8K Flexwarm has quality heated jackets, I was so disappointed with their shipping. I placed my order on November 13th and didn't receive it until December 3rd. I would have been better off ordering from a different company. The customer sales reps were so unresponsive and the only thing they would say is that my order was being processed. I even reached out to them on social media and still didn't receive a response.
Despite the terrible shipping, the 8K Pro heated jacket itself is well made and definitely keeps you warm. The heating elements are evenly dispersed throughout the jacket and it's very comfortable to wear. It's also lightweight. Overall, I'm happy with the product itself, but I hope 8K will improve on their order shipping and customer service.
