I love Ainfox! I made an order for a gym mat but my credit card was charged multiple times! I called my bank and filed a claim. When customer service at Ainfox heard my situation, they told me that it will be handled immediately. They refunded my money back in full and I made a reorder again and this round everything worked out great. The gym mat I ordered arrived in time and it is exactly what I wanted. I even called to thank them for their great work! All of the people were friendly on the phone and made things right when a few things went wrong.
