Positive delivery, assembly, and customer service; couch looks and feels great.
“they were able to hold the couch for 3 extra weeks to meet our desired delivery timeline.”
Reviews for Albany Park show a split between a minority of customers reporting smooth delivery, easy assembly, and satisfactory fabric performance, and a larger group reporting quality and support problems. Repeated issues described include fabric pilling or staining, cushions losing support, and frames or upholstery failing within months to a few years. Multiple reviewers also report slow or unhelpful customer service, problems with warranty fulfillment, and shipping or returns delays. If youโre considering a purchase, request fabric samples, confirm written warranty terms, and ask about delivery windows and return costs before ordering to reduce risk.

Albany Park is the most useless online store I have ever dealt with. They sell amazing cheap products, however their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I bought an ottoman from them on August 28th. It arrived without any damage but after a month and half it started to deteriorate through the bottom. I contacted customer service and they requested me a number of photos, which I sent them immediately. They told me that the damage was under warranty and made an arrangement for a pick up from my apartment on October 31st.
On November 1st I received a message from their rep telling me that the damage couldn't be repaired and I had to buy a new item. When I told her that they should have informed me about it earlier, she promised to call me back with further information. However she never did and since then I started to receive countless emails from their daily deals promotion every time I open my email account. I am so frustrated with their terrible service and I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this store.
