I ordered Alligator boots for my boyfriends birthday in October, but unfortunately, they never came! They apparently got lost and I never really got a straight answer on that from Alligator Warehouse. I even emailed the company multiple times. I was really upset because it was a gift and all I ever got back were automated responses.I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is horrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I never received my order and they never even reimbursed me for the shipping cost. They just kept telling me that they were sorry and that my package was lost in the mail. It seems as though this company is very inconsiderate of their customers and are a scam!
