I am very disappointed with this company after I ordered an engagement ring set from them, which looked pretty similar instead of the original (which I paid considerable extra) and the quality was not that great. I had some issues with them to resolve the problem - they didn't reply my emails and phone calls. When I tried to call them privately, there wasn't any answer!
I had to return the rings and never got my money back! I have already ordered new rings from another company, but what about the money that they still have? My advice is to avoid buying from this company.
Please beware of this scamming company! They have no customer service skills at all!
