Was originally hesitant to order from this company because I'd never heard of the site before. Placed an order anyway and was surprised by the fast shipping. When it got here they'd accidentally sent me the wrong item. Called customer service, and they shipped the correct item out to me the next day at no cost and let me keep the item they originally sent me for free. As for the product (tote bag to be precise), it was of great quality and I really love it. Awesome customer service and very fast shipping both times. I highly recommend Ansea to anyone looking for excellent service!
