Products matched descriptions and customer service was exceptional.
“From start to finish of my project, their customer service was exceptional.”
One review calls the customer service exceptional. Another accuses the designer of failing to deliver approved plans. There are only a few service comments, and they point in opposite directions.
One review claims an unexpected extra charge of $7,000 and describes it as a scam. The other review suggests the cost felt fair based on its positive rating but does not mention pricing. Price concerns appear in only one account.
One reviewer describes a smooth process with deliverables that matched what was described. Another reports the project was not completed and messages went unanswered. Together, the two ratings show sharply different end-to-end experiences.
One review says the products matched the descriptions provided. No review mentions defects or quality problems. Praise for product quality appears, but only in that single comment.
One complaint focuses on no responses and missing approved plans. Another review highlights attentive customer service. Communication feedback appears on both sides, but it is limited and directly conflicting.
The reviews include both positive service and product delivery and serious service failures. The clearest divide is between accurate deliverables and claims of non-delivery. With so few reviews, broader conclusions are limited.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Barron Designs, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their faux construction materials. Their selection of faux stone panels, faux columns, and wood & faux beams is fantastic for both commercial and home use.
From start to finish of my project, their customer service was exceptional. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance on anything related to my purchase or installation process, they were always available to help me out.
Quality-wise everything arrived exactly as described on their website; in fact even better than what I was expecting! The colors matched perfectly with the samples they provided, giving an amazing depth effect while looking very natural from up close too.
Overall it was a great experience working with this company - excellent products combined with top-notch customer service. From now onwards Barron Designs is going to be our go-to-place when we need any type of fake construction materials for future projects!
