Scarf

They sent me something completely different from what I ordered. When I contacted them about it they demanded proof that I had gotten something different from what I ordered. Do they really think I'm that stupid? I gave them what they asked for and now no one appears to be in any hurry to straighten it out. They have my money and I have a piece of crap that I never wanted in the first place. It looks like I'm going to have to file a complaint with my bank. I only gave them a star because their CSR was polite. They don't deserve any stars.
