I came across this boutique during my online search. I was excited about their offers, prices and wide range of products. I love looking young and fashionable, thus the reason for buying designer products such as bags, shoes, and clothing. I was hoping I would get the best from Biffi Boutique but shock awaited me. They are dishonest and offer substandard customer service. I had ordered a pair of sneakers, a handbag, a pair of trousers and some bracelets but wasn't satisfied. Though the delivery was timely, the package had an issue. They did not pack all the items I had requested and the handbags had some defects. I had to immediately inform the customer care service that claimed to have packed everything in perfect condition. Initially, they had declined to take responsibility but due to my consistency, they promised to look into my issue. Looking forward to hearing from them in two days' time."
