I used to enjoy smoking until I got this pipe from Bloom groove company following a referral from a friend. I would say the ordering process was okay, their customer service is above average, and products are delivered on time. However, the quality of their smoking pipes is wanting. They are of poor quality, irritating and one doesn’t enjoy using them. In addition, it produces excess smoke that can easily chock thus dangerous especially for inexperienced users. I was so disappointed and wanted nothing to do with them. I lost money and my love for puffing dropped. It’s not the best.
