Despite having a huge selection of dresses and lots of colors to choose from, BM Bridal is the WORST company to buy from. I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and it arrived with a faulty zipper. The quality was awful, too. Worst of all is when we tried to return it, BM Bridal refused and they didn't give us our money back. The customer service is terrible, very, very difficult to work with during stressful times. Their phone numbers are out of service, so you can only email for a response. return. Would NOT recommend this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
