I have purchased from boohooMAN several times in the past and I have never had any issues with the company before this. I usually shop with them all the time and everything has always went smoothly. Just lately, I received merchandise that seem used and open that I had to return. I was very disappointed but their customer service was great. They handled the matter very professionally and I was pleased with the way they communicated with me. I hope that in the future, things would be a lot better. I know that I will continue to shop with them because their prices are amazing and the quality of their clothing is great too. However, I would suggest that they triple check their items before sending them out to customers to avoid problems like this again. I was a little concerned but they did a good job at making me feel secure and that everything will be fine.
