I ordered two rugs from Boutique Rugs and the quality was horrible. After returning, they delayed refunding me but one I was lucky to get my money back after fighting with the company for months, but the other one is still held in limbo by Paypal. I found out that I would have never received my money back if it wasn't for the Paypal dispute. But it was a struggle. They are scams!! Stay away from this company!!! They will take your money and the rugs are of poor quality.
