I contacted them and asked me to do a return which I did. It is now over a month and no replacement or refund. They claim that they are yet to receive the returned items. When I reached out to them about it, they said that they would refund my money if they received the product. I just don’t know when this tussle will end. I wish I had read other customer’s reviews. This would really have helped me big time. Am almost giving up
