I ordered a set 3shirts, trousers and pullovers for my brother but received none. It started with poor customer service. The saleslady was very rude, disrespectful and did not allow me to explain what I really wanted without interruptions. This led to me receiving the wrong package. I contacted them and asked me to do a return which I did. It is now over a month and no replacement or refund. They claim that they are yet to receive the returned items. When I reached out to them about it, they said that they would refund my money if they received the product. I just don’t know when this tussle will end. I wish I had read other customer’s reviews. This would really have helped me big time. Am almost giving up
