"It’s every woman’s dream to look gorgeous on her wedding day. The center of attraction is on the bride and her maids. I had this friend who was getting ready for her wedding. We spent some time searching for the most affordable, unique, and outstanding gown, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories. We found Bridelily, among the most searched. We believed they were best. We contacted them, described what we wanted and they assured us it was available. We made payments and waited patiently for our delivery. The delivery was timely but we got something different. We wanted an explanation for the error. They were apologetic though we had to look for an alternative locally as the wedding day was first approaching. Their excellence in service delivery is below average."
