Theragun Wave Roller
"I contacted them for Theragun Wave Roller and got the worst roller at very high prices. It doesnt last two hours yet they say it goes for three hours and isn't that 12 inches long as purported. Thus, I advise that customers be careful about contacting them. When I contacted them about the problem they never had the decency to answer my email, or return my call. All they did was rake me over the coals with a high price on their roller machine that lasts only two hours, not three as advertised. The guy who I spoke to said he would call me back and take my credit card information. Unfortunately, he never called and all he does is take your money. I donโt recommend the company to anyone!

Conclusion
The available review flags issues with one purchase of a Theragun Wave Roller: the customer reports shorter runtime and a smaller size than advertised, and describes the price as high for the received product. The same reviewer also reports that email and phone contacts were not answered and that a promised callback never happened. For consumers considering Budget Golf, verify product specifications, ask about return and warranty terms, and confirm customer-service responsiveness before payment. Multiple independent reviews would be needed to confirm whether these issues are isolated or systemic.
