glasses

At 50years, my mum could not read or see from a distance. It greatly affected her productivity at the workplace. We had to look for a solution and thatโ€™s how I found CADDIS EYE APPLIANCES. They produce several lines of glasses which allowed us to get the best for mum in terms of quality and price. Owing to the nature of her career she needed the glasses as soon as possible. The ordering process was efficient. The customer care team was also kind and handled the matter professionally. After a few days, we received the glasses though not in good condition. We had to start the returning process and pay a return fee which was very frustrating for mum.

Conclusion

Reviews of Caddis show recurring issues around order fulfillment, lens quality and returns handling, with many customers reporting wrong or scratched lenses and multiple correction cycles. Several reviewers describe unclear or costly return policies and slow or unsatisfactory customer support responses. At the same time, some customers praise frame styling and a small number report a smooth exchange when support was helpful. If you consider buying, inspect delivered items immediately, keep documentation for support, and review return and refund terms before purchase. These review patterns may help set expectations about possible delays, extra costs, and the need to verify prescription accuracy on arrival.
