This company actually deserves zero for their deliberate stalling when it comes to providing a refund. They seem to manage a fast delivery but, it appears they have an aged attitude to customer service and adhering to their promises. I am sure Calcutta Outdoors thinks they are entitled to treat people however they wish but that kind of archaic attitude to customers will eventually leave them with none so I would urge anyone thinking of buying from them to reconsider and purchase elsewhere, no matter how appealing the price seems. It's just not worth the hassle if you have an issue to deal with.
