I shopped from them back in January and due to the Holiday delays, the item arrived a bit later, but it was intact and perfectly packed. The customer support was also very helpful in providing assistance in the parcel tracking. I also ordered Hudson nightstand in August and this round the delivery was done very quickly. Was quite worried but the parcel was delivered 1 week later in perfect condition. I think they have changed a lot, especially on delivery. I was happy with the last purchase so Iโll give them 4.5 stars but still, Iโll try them again to prove it.
