Bad service by Chromeburner! Poor customer service. I would never order from Chromeburner again. I felt the length of time to receive the filter was totally out of line. They took 10 days to notify me of back order. ***** the reply info is wrong! My orig order was finally cancelled and the NEW order shipped out in 2 days as stated in your reply. The first order took 10 days to let me know it was on back order. They are not accountable at all. The only reason I’ll give them a star is because the 2 order was shipped on time even though I am yet to receive it. I just hope it turns out well!
