I was really excited to get my new jeans. They looked good online, but once they arrived we realized they just didn't fit as well as I had hoped. I contacted the company and they told me they needed an exchange form filled out and a picture of the defect in order to send the replacement pair, but when I sent those things in a reply came back in Chinese, so I had no idea what they were telling me. After a month of these delays, I finally just got my refund... which wasn't much help because it was just a partial refund and left me with only one pair of jeans that actually fit and were wearable. So, overall...mostly disappointing experience with this company--only positive thing was that the denim quality itself looked nice, but this did not make up for all the other problems.
