I ordered an HP toner cartridge in mid-November and I havenโt received any information concerning the purchase, other than a confirmation of the purchase. No idea when it will ship, and arrive since ClickInks.com decided not to respond to my unending e-mails. I also tried to call their phone number, but itโs been disconnected. I wouldn't recommend this company for purchases because of the lack of communication and poor customer service. They have lost a longtime customer.
