I've ordered from this company in the past and have always been happy with the products and service. However, my most recent purchase has not gone as smoothly. I ordered an HP toner cartridge in mid-November and I havenโ€™t received any information concerning the purchase, other than a confirmation of the purchase. No idea when it will ship, and arrive since ClickInks.com decided not to respond to my unending e-mails. I also tried to call their phone number, but itโ€™s been disconnected. I wouldn't recommend this company for purchases because of the lack of communication and poor customer service. They have lost a longtime customer.
