We purchased a dozen of customized jerseys for our volleyball team from Cool Hockey.com but were disappointed. The items took forever to arrive. We hoped to use them in an upcoming match but due to delay, we had to use our old ones. Upon delivery, the quality was poor and they had not numbered as we wished. It was not worth the amount paid for it. As a team, we decided not to keep them. Contacted the customer care service, had them returned and we are always following up for our refund. I don’t know when this process is going to end.
