Order was delayed weeks and customer service was rude and unresponsive.
“They have very poor customer service!”
Reviews show a consistent theme: stylist curation and the try-at-home convenience are frequently praised, with multiple customers noting good fit and helpful stylists. At the same time, shipping reliability and communication are recurring concerns: several reviewers report delayed or unshipped boxes and inconsistent responses. Product quality is unevenโsome garments are rated highly, others show wear or poor construction after limited use. For shoppers considering Dailylook, weigh potential benefits of stylist-led curation and easy returns against reported shipping delays and sporadic quality issues; monitor shipping ETA confirmations and document any garment defects when contacting support.

This is the worst online shop so far. I placed an order but it took weeks to be delivered. The site was easy to navigate through with great prices and unique trousers. From their policy, delivery takes 5 days and I was certain I would have them delivered on time. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just a policy that is not adhered to. I called the companyโs rep enquiring about reasons for delay but he was very rude and unapologetic. There was no response to my emails and this was very disappointing. I wish I had read other customers' reviews before placing my order. Never again will I buy from them. They have very poor customer service!
