I ordered a leather shoulder bag on the 26th of November but haven’t gotten any updates on them since then. They said 10-17 days to ship and I wonder if that’s from when I order or from when they’re delivered and if it’s the latter then it should be specified. I even emailed support and I haven’t gotten any replies yet. I’m really concerned because they still have my money in the account. I'm also disappointed because the online reviews seem to be really good but I'm not sure if that's because people haven't had issues or if they're just not being truthful. I hope D'ANIELLO Boutique is just having issues with the holiday season but I'm not sure if it's worth taking that risk when there are so many other options. I personally recommend avoiding this company.
