Outstanding customer service from Davy Piper! Seriously the best ever! After my order had been stuck at a distribution center for a couple days, I emailed customer service and explained my situation. I was shocked by how quickly I got a reply (about 2 hours max most places are usually 2 days min). Once they confirmed what I had told them they immediately issued a replacement order PLUS a complimentary gift for the inconvenience! Fast, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and high quality products at amazing prices! This must be a dream!! Thank you Davy Piper! You've got a loyal customer for life!
