According to their website, Dean Davidson insists that all their pieces are made from Gold, silver or Rhodium. In their collection of Jewelry, they have earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings. All made with Gold, silver and special stones. Some of the stones they use include black onyx, blue chalcedony, citrine, cranberry quartz, labradorite, green onyx, ocean blue chalcedony, pink chalcedony, and rainbow moonstone. They offer a lifetime warranty on all their pieces. They state that any refurbishment or maintenance to be done on any piece will be handled by them with no charge at all. Dean Davidson allows for shipping of orders as well as pickups. For orders below $200 in Canada, they charge a flat rate of $10 for ground shipping and $15 for express shipping. For orders above $200, shipping is free if you use the ground shipping option but they take a $5 charge for express shipping. If you’re in the US, you are charged $15 for orders below $200 and free standard shipping for orders above $200. Express shipping charges a flat $15 rate regardless of price of items.

Dean Davidson asks that returns be processed within 14 days of receipt. They have a system for exchanging gifts as well. All of these are to be processed with their customers care line, either by a live-chat on the website or via email. Dean Davidson claims that if there is any damage to any of the pieces in the process of shipping, they will be liable and replace the said piece within 6 months of the order.
