Dear Keaton is an online store that offers a variety of household items. It includes pillows and decorations, handmade products, carpets, and kitchen tables, etc. In addition to household products, Dear Keaton also offers women's products and accessories. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. All in-stock decorations ship within 3 business days via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (M-F). Once your order leaves the warehouse, the delivery time depends on your location. Some products may be shipped directly from their suppliers. Items ordered together may not appear in the same box. Furniture and some large items are shipped by regular freight Carrier.The standard shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Delivery of white-glove takes 4-6 weeks. The freight Carrier delivers from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shipping costs depend on the value of the goods you buy. They currently ship to 48 contiguous United States (they do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii). If you need an urgent delivery, please contact customer service before placing an order.
If the package is returned to them, they will make effort to contact you to obtain the revised shipping address. If they are unable to contact you, they will refund the cost of your item (excluding the initial shipping cost and any related costs they charged to return the item to you). If they receive the changed shipping address from you, they will resend it to the changed address upon receipt of the additional payment for the new shipment. If the package is not returned to them, you will be responsible for all costs related to the discarded package, including the cost of the goods. If you find any errors or defects in the items in the order, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. They reserve the right to correct errors within a reasonable time. They received payment via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Beautiful, well-made piece of furniture. I was so tired of the same old stuff, so this is a refreshing break. It's very solid and sturdy. The color is a deep dark wood gray (not black as it may appear in some of the photos). The delivery team were very professional and took great care to put it in the spot I wanted it. I love the dresser. It's exactly what we wanted. Thank You so much for the quality product and great customer service. I will soon order 2 more for my daughters. I’m happy about the purchase and great shopping experience. KEEP UP!
