"This is without a doubt the worst online business I've ever encountered! What a disgrace! Despite having a large variety of golf shoes, the shop should be shut down! To start with, the customer service is absolutely abhorrent! I sent them an email requesting when they will have my shoe shipped, the next day I got a reply saying that they are experiencing high demand for many products so they are taking more time than usual to process orders, which was okay with me. However, one week later, I found out that the order hasn't been shipped yet!!! I sent another email asking them when will it be shipped and if they could send me a tracking number when it got shipped. This time they replied saying there was a problem with my address so they would have to cancel the order, which is a complete lie since I've been receiving stuff from all over the world at my address for years, not to mention this is a very common scam they try to pull! I was so angry at this point, I emailed them demanding a full refund and started heavily criticizing the company, they ignored my emails for a couple of days then sent me another email saying that they can't do a refund but would send me out a new pair immediately. This time I asked what kind of shoes they will be sending since I was interested in two pairs of golf shoes, they replied saying it will be the last one I ordered. Now, I've already waited for a week longer than expected to receive my order because of their "high demand" which didn't make any sense. I wish I insisted on getting the full refund rather than waiting patiently.
