I've been ordering denim fabric from Fashion Fabrics Club for years and have always been happy with the quality of the fabric as well as the great customer service. This is a top-notch company that I trust completely. However, I had the worst experience during my last purchase. I ordered a Dark Classic Navy Blue Cotton Japanese Selvedge Denim fabric but was sent the wrong fabric. It was very difficult for me to get a replacement. I reached them via email, call and it took days for me to get a response. It was very frustrating. The customer support team was not helpful. I'm looking for a different supplier , I don't think I'm gonna spend another penny on this company!
