This is a top-notch company that I trust completely. However, I had the worst experience during my last purchase. I ordered a Dark Classic Navy Blue Cotton Japanese Selvedge Denim fabric but was sent the wrong fabric. It was very difficult for me to get a replacement. I reached them via email, call and it took days for me to get a response. It was very frustrating. The customer support team was not helpful. I'm looking for a different supplier , I don't think I'm gonna spend another penny on this company!"

I've been ordering denim fabric from Fashion Fabrics Club for years and have always been happy with the quality of the fabric as well as the great customer service. This is a top-notch company that I trust completely. However, I had the worst experience during my last purchase. I ordered a Dark Classic Navy Blue Cotton Japanese Selvedge Denim fabric but was sent the wrong fabric. It was very difficult for me to get a replacement. I reached them via email, call and it took days for me to get a response. It was very frustrating. The customer support team was not helpful. I'm looking for a different supplier , I don't think I'm gonna spend another penny on this company!
