In comparison, the degree of customer service was lacking.

In addition, the procedure took an excessive length of time from beginning to end, and the Customer service representative was quite arrogant and did not treat me with any respect at all throughout my entire experience.

Poor customer service throughout the entire experience, from the driver who delivered the item, forged my signature on the delivery receipt because he had forgotten to request it, to the leasing partner Alex, who is still billing me despite the fact that the item has been returned for more than a month.

Despite the fact that their products are of high quality, their customer service and administration are of poor quality.
