I've been a loyal client of Furngo for over two years and have never regretted it. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has caused me to vow that I will never order from them again! I ordered a swivel accent chair, which was of excellent quality. But the order arrived three weeks later than I was originally told it would take to deliver. I was pretty upset to say the least, especially considering how long it took for me to receive my order. During my wait, I tried calling the customer care line multiple times but got an answering machine every time I did. The message they left me was frustrating, to say the least. It's simply not a good business policy to make customers wait for three weeks with no communication or information about what is going on with their order. I don't know what happened there at Furngo. But they need to get their stuff together if they want to continue doing business with me!
