Tory Burch Brown handbag

Handbags are part of every woman's life. I ordered a Tory Burch's brown handbag from Gabyโ€™s bag but they did not deliver to my expectations. It was my first time. Checking out products on their website and the ordering process was easy. The payment modes were also favorable for me. At Least after PayPal failed, I had the option of using my MasterCard. They also made the delivery first. The packaging was also impressive. But they disappointed me. I wondered how brown and black would appear the same. My order read brown, but I received a black bag. I complained to the customer care service rep though I did not return the bag. I was afraid of the return process. With time, I have come to like it.
