Surprisingly, when I notified the sales associates via email, GDF Studio offered to send a replacement of the faulty parts at no extra cost. The replacement parts arrived in roughly a week via FedEx and I was very pleased that they were well packaged with no damage. The company also offered timely responses and excellent communication. While I was a little bit disappointed, I will gladly do business with them again and even recommend them. Furthermore, to err is human. Right?
