Reviews for Getnamenecklace show a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many customers report attractive, well-priced personalized items and quick deliveries. However, recurring issues include small or unclear engraving, occasional inconsistent materials (customers expecting sterling), broken chains and several reports of unresolved customer-service or shipping problems. If you consider buying, review product images and material descriptions carefully, confirm hallmark or metal type for jewelry, check the seller’s returns/refund policy, and allow extra time for delivery when ordering customized pieces.

I ordered a necklace for my friend and it is a shame the engraving was too small and difficult to see it all even with a magnifying glass! I was also disappointed the names were not in the right order. Also, the necklace took a month'coming from China. The tracking feature wasn't great either, a week after my order i had a message reading 'your order is delayed, please check back in a few days' . I'd say if you needed your item in a week maybe even couple weeks then maybe avoid, it took a month for my item to arrive… so disappointed!! I will not buy again from this company.
