Service ranges from immediate refunds after a carrier loss to help fixing gift-card problems. Many reviewers describe representatives as rude or dismissive and say cash refunds were denied in favor of exchanges. Shipping errors and lack of help come up repeatedly in negative reviews.
Some customers say they were charged full retail during advertised sales and that international refunds were calculated using U.S. pricing. Some reviewers report that returns for used clubs ended in store credit rather than cash. Others say they saved money by buying recent-model used clubs.
Some orders went to the wrong address or sat delayed for weeks without a fix. A smaller set of customers reports smooth international delivery and quick email replies. Multiple accounts mention unanswered messages and inconsistent handling of cancellations.
Several reviewers report damaged or misrepresented items, including cracked shafts, holes in club faces, rust, and clubs with the wrong handedness. Some say the condition was worse than advertised and they had to return the item. A smaller group received clubs in better-than-described shape, including near-mint drivers.
Some customers mention fast, apologetic replies and clear follow-up after shipping-carrier issues. Others report repeated messages with no response and poor phone support. Uneven communication often shows up alongside unresolved refunds and shipping problems.
Experiences vary widely, mixing a few strong one-off fixes with frequent service breakdowns. Common complaints include refunds that never arrive, billing mistakes, and damaged or incorrect items. Positive reviews highlight isolated cases of fast refunds and helpful staff.

Where do I begin... You ship me the wrong product and it's listed wrong on the website. You refuse to believe me and send me a guide that relates to an older product which goes to show how much care is put in. Then I call another time to discuss this further and was told I had to pay a restocking fee when I was promised I did not have to and was once told again I was incorrect about the product not being listed correctly. Called a fourth time once they shipped the wrong product once again by sending me someone else's order. I still have yet to receive my refund. F You GlobalGolf.
