“The magazine release broke immediately upon assembly.”
Several reviewers say parts failed on first use or right after assembly. Many report long delivery waits, returned parcels with no refund, and little or no help from support. A smaller set mentions fast shipping, workable kits, and quick replacement parts. Some also point to invalid tracking numbers and unwanted promo emails.

Service complaints center on day-to-day breakdowns. Reviewers often describe orders that never arrived, returns marked as received but not refunded, and support that replies slowly or not at all. A few also share fixes that worked, such as free replacement parts sent quickly.
Value drops when customers pay but don’t get the order or a refund. One reviewer said loyalty credits were removed with only minor compensation, though that comes up rarely. Positive value comments mostly come from buyers who received intact kits that met expectations.
Some customers enjoy the hands-on build and praise the craftsmanship and finished display look. Many more describe builds derailed by parts that arrived broken or failed early during assembly. A few reviews also mention cosmetic damage on limited items.
The most common quality theme is parts arriving defective or failing soon after. Reviewers mention broken magazine releases, snapped bipod legs, and other fragile components. Some praise the build quality and appearance, but those comments show up much less often.
Communication problems show up as unanswered emails, invalid tracking numbers, and repeated promotional messages. Some customers say the order portal confirmed activity, but support never followed up. A smaller group reports clear, timely replies and problems resolved.
Reviews split sharply between service failures and a smaller number of smooth purchases. Negative stories focus on damaged items, refunds that never came through, and weak follow-up. Positive experiences hinge on on-time delivery, intact kits, and fast replacement parts.

Wow! It's fun , fun fun all the way!
I bought two Mini SIG MCX® - Black for my wife and I. I had seen my friend assemble his and he seemed to enjoy every bit of it. I was excited about it and I thought why not give it a trial. When they were delivered, we were surprised by the level of craftsmanship. I had never seen such before. It was amazing and we could wait to place each piece at the right place. At times it was difficult but after few weeks, we were pros. It is now 2 months and we spend most of our free time loading and unloading the rounds. It is so interesting that we find ourselves doing nothing else. At times we skip our meals and I think it will be addictive if we don't watch out. If you are a gun lover then this the best company to get a model from. For me , I would buy it again and again , now and in the future!
