Earrings were great quality but customer service and tracking were poor.
“Goldia.com L.L.C.'s customer service sucks.”
Reviews for Goldia show consistent praise for selection and competitive pricing from multiple buyers, with several reviewers noting attractive products and value. However, an important pattern in the reviews is inconsistent post‑purchase experience: multiple customers reported late deliveries, missing tracking information, damaged items, or stones falling out (for example tp_66e092, tp_66cdae). Communication quality is frequently cited as a problem—some buyers received quick, helpful responses while others received no reply or terse warranty statements. Prospective buyers should weigh the positive comments about selection and price against the reported risks with shipping, repairs and returns; document orders and confirm return/warranty terms before purchasing.

I ordered diamond earrings from Goldia.com L.L.C. and the quality of the product was amazing. They were so beautiful for the price I got them. However, the site has poor customer service that would make customers never wish to come back. First, my order was delayed and no tracking information was sent to my email. So, I called them but my call was not being answered. I believe that it is still unclear what is the problem with their courier company. A day later, I noticed that the diamond earrings were posted on my doorstep by my regular mailman, which does not make sense at all! Then again, no email information about the package being delivered or any tracking number was sent to me. I called them again but this time my call was not being answered, so I did email them for the third time and got no answer yet. I think it is safe to say that Goldia.com L.L.C.'s customer service sucks.
