However, the site has poor customer service that would make customers never wish to come back. First, my order was delayed and no tracking information was sent to my email. So, I called them but my call was not being answered. I believe that it is still unclear what is the problem with their courier company. A day later, I noticed that the diamond earrings were posted on my doorstep by my regular mailman, which does not make sense at all! Then again, no email information about the package being delivered or any tracking number was sent to me. I called them again but this time my call was not being answered, so I did email them for the third time and got no answer yet. I think it is safe to say that Goldia.com L.L.C.'s customer service sucks.
