Customer support was unresponsive and refund to original payment denied.
“Poorest customer service ever!”
One review describes support that never responded and a refund that wasnโt returned to the original payment method. Another says a shirt developed a hole after one wash and a promised replacement never arrived. The two visible ratings sit at opposite ends of the scale, showing a clear split in sentiment. Both service breakdowns and product defects appear in these reviews.

“Poorest customer service ever!”
Received a defective shirt after one wash and replacement never arrived.
“I received a shirt that had a hole in it after only one wash.”
One reviewer says customer support was unresponsive and that a refund wasnโt returned to the original payment method. Itโs a clearly negative service account, but it appears in only one submitted review. The frustration centers on service handling rather than how the product performed.
Price and value barely come up. One reviewer gave a high overall rating while describing a product issue, but didnโt mention cost or value. No one explicitly praises or criticizes value.
One customer says a garment arrived damaged after one wash and that the promised replacement never showed up. Another points to weak post-purchase support tied to a denied refund. Both focus on after-sale steps that werenโt resolved and that worsened the buying experience.
One review says a shirt developed a hole after a single wash, pointing to a durability problem in that case. The same reviewer adds that a replacement never arrived. Product quality concerns appear, but for now only in that one report.
One reviewer describes customer service as unresponsive and says a refund was denied. The other reportโs missing replacement also points to failed follow-up. In both cases, the breakdown happens after the sale and leaves the customer frustrated.
These reviews show a sharp split: a very low rating linked to service problems and a high rating despite a product defect. The negatives center on support responsiveness and on replacements or refunds not being completed. Overall impressions vary widely between the two accounts.

Prices are good, however, sometimes the quality is questionable. I have ordered a few times from this company and the quality of the clothing has been all over the place. In the last order I placed, I received a shirt that had a hole in it after only one wash. I was pretty disappointed. When customer service was reached out to they acknowledged the mistake (well, it's not really a mistake when something gets holes after one wash) and stated that they would send me a replacement. It never arrived. I reached out again and received another response to try again by ordering the exact same shirt. I know how customer service works, so I agreed. Again, no shirt arrived.
Customer Service is less than helpful; they appear to be more interested in getting you off the line as quickly as possible rather than making things right for their customers. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality and service of this company. Prices are good, but it's not worth it when you're constantly receiving defective or poor-quality clothing. I would not recommend this company to others. Hopefully, they will improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
