The hands-on take is that the product works well in use. The review doesnโt mention installation difficulty, setup, or long-term durability. It ties day-to-day satisfaction more to product reliability than to support.
The reviewer reports good performance, suggesting the item met expectations for fit or function. They donโt mention defects, damage, or returns. No other product-quality viewpoints are available.
The reviewer flags poor responsiveness or unhelpful customer service. They donโt describe specific conversations, channels, or attempts to resolve the issue. Communication problems are the only negative interaction mentioned.

I had the best experience with the MCK GEN 2 today. The first time using it I was still skeptical but when I saw that my m4 was shooting 400fps I knew this product was legit! Now I just have to put a drum mag and some more stuff on my gun! However, I am not impressed with the customer service. I called several times concerning the delays and was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. If you only improve on customer service delivery, then I would award 5 stars. For now 3 stars are more than enough for you!
