Disappointing all around! I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their products are not worth the hassle. I ordered silicone ear tips back in November and had to check the website after almost a month of not receiving them. I found out my order was canceled; never notified by anyone. This is so frustrating because they never sent me any notification that my order was canceled and it's now so close to the holidays. Poor customer service, more like no customer service! People need to be aware of this before ordering from this company. They are so unprofessional and it's not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
