My Prepac cabinet was delivered damaged. It is a shame for the packaging for such a large unit was very thin. The unit had marks, scratches, and some crazed panels. Worst, FedEx listed it as damaged and was being returned per the seller's request. However, getting a replacement has been a nightmare. No one can give me an answer of when or if a replacement is coming or out of stock. Been emailing homesquare for a week now with zero response from them. I am extremely disappointed. Will never make the mistake again, and would caution anyone to avoid Homesquare at all costs.
