HORNE supplies products such as home accessories, cookware, kitchen tools, mirrors, and other accessories. Most orders over $75 qualify for free shipping in the United States! Items over $75 can be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or freight. Certain larger items may have additional shipping charges and may not qualify for free shipping. Some products are subject to a shipping charge that is requested by the manufacturer and can be added to your order. Some designers and manufacturers require mandatory shipping charges, which will appear in your shopping cart as shipping charges when you purchase products. If the order shipped to Canada or other international destinations is the final sale. After your order has been shipped, the shipping time depends on the destination and the selected shipping speed. The delivery time of each item is stated under the availability on the product page and in your confirmation email. In the continental US, free shipping takes 3-10 business days and standard ground shipping takes 1-6 business days. The product arrived on time and it was beautifully packaged. It was in a well-protected and sturdy box. The instructions were in English and very clear and easy to follow! I thought the materials used were high quality and durable, it looks good in my kid's room. It took me about 1 hour 45 minutes to install this product from beginning to end, taking my time along the way. I had no problems with the customer service as well as delivery. Everything was overly smooth from start to finish. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend HORNE. Five stars all the way!
